Responsibilities
- Analyze existing tool ecosystems and define integration requirements to support end-to-end system development processes.
- Design and implement bi-directional connectors and APIs (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.) for JIRA, IBM DOORS (or DOORS Next), Cameo Systems Modeler, GitLab, and related tools.
- Develop automated scripts and workflows for data synchronization, change propagation, and traceability matrix generation.
- Conduct validation testing, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring of integration pipelines.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to engineering teams on integrated workflows.
- Collaborate with configuration management, quality assurance, and cybersecurity groups to ensure compliance with LM standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience integrating PLM/ALM tools, with hands-on expertise in JIRA, IBM DOORS (or DOORS Next), Cameo Systems Modeler, and GitLab.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Java, PowerShell, or similar).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Knowledge of MBSE practices, requirements traceability, and version control concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications in Atlassian (JIRA), IBM DOORS, or Cameo.
- Working knowledge of DoD/IA-approved security standards and data handling policies.

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.

$104,000 to $122,400
