Systems Engineer Technical Specialist (INFOSEC)
Responsibilities
- Review system architecture, design documentation, and security processes.
- Inspect and monitor systems.
- Aid in the creation of Splunk dashboards.
- Ensure security compliance.
- Integrate and maintain Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) tools.
- Manage interfaces with other mission networks.
- Develop and administer requirements for cyber tools.
- Perform system assessments to support validation of information systems.
- Align IT infrastructure, system, and technology strategies with business goals & objectives.
- Collaborate with inter-agency partners to develop technical strategic plans and coordinate cyber strategies.
- Support operations governance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies across technical domains.
- Develop Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Education: BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- Experience: Demonstrated successful experience in applying critical thinking to analyze Sponsor project and program technical risks, developing actionable requirements, and forecasting technologies that advance the Sponsor's mission area.
- Skills: Demonstrated successful experience in developing comprehensive project plans, creating ad hoc test cases for offensive cyber capabilities, and collaborating with IC or DoD targeting officers.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
