Systems Engineer - System Test

Responsibilities

• Planning, Execution, Integration, and Test efforts for various Navy Platforms
• Support requirements definition for Weapon Systems tests and development of Integrated Test Program Plans
• Support systems hardware/software integration, test planning, and execution
• Develop products needed for vehicle hardware/software testing
• Generate system test requirements
• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation
• Conduct cost and risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, and interface definition studies

Qualifications

• Experience with one or more Systems Integration functions, including system trade studies, system modeling, requirements and ICD development, integration, test, and verification
• Test planning and execution with an understanding of interdependencies
• Active or Current Secret Security Clearance
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Systems thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Missile or space segment test experience
• Experience using Automation Framework
• Previous Navy shipboard integration and test experience
• Proficiency in AI prompting relevant to the position

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $147,300.00
