Systems Engineer Support Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Works as part of an integrated team alongside Air Vehicle, Propulsion, Mission Systems, BT&E, Product Support, Aircraft Modification, Supply Chain, Production Control, Operations, and other key organizations.
• Identifies and tracks risk, issues, and opportunities to close and coordinate with the various internal and external organizations and the customer.
• Provides parts analysis data to facilitate decision making on the program.

Basic Qualifications

• Career (Level 3) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
• Expert (Level 4) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in risk, issue and opportunity management.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience performing analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing complex, integrated schedules/plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with CMPro and GOLDesp.
• Experience working on B-52 or similar aerospace programs.
• Experience with leading project execution to complete the work statement is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a self-starter that takes initiative without supervision.
• Experience in a role requiring organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects.
