Responsibilities
- Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's level degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' related professional experience
- Experience with deploying and managing/administrating Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux – RHEL 8.*, RHEL 9.*
- Experience with GitLab, Atlassian toolset, Bash Scripting and Containers (Podman/Docker)
- Engineering design and development, software development processes and Systems/Software modeling
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment, Test Automation, and Agile development experience
- Design and development of radar systems
- Flexibility to travel if needed
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $85,300.00 – $158,300.00
