- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a STEM-related field
- 5+ years of technical experience in Systems Engineering
- Proficiency in DOORS/DOORS Next or another requirements management tool
- Experience with Systems Engineering principles
- Effective teamwork skills, with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience developing and testing requirements

THE WORK
This position is for a Systems Engineer Senior on the F-35 Physical Maintenance Training Devices (PMTD) Integrated Product Team (IPT) within the Training, Logistics and Simulation (TLS) Integrated Engineering line of business. As a Systems Engineer Senior on our team, you will work with a team of multi-discipline engineers to analyze, design, document, test, and sustain a suite of 5 different training products within the PMTD portfolio. The selected candidate will help lead the definition, development, integration, verification, and validation of complex systems. The selected candidate must possess good communication and technical skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, write technical documents, and facilitate sub-system level testing within our Orlando labs. Occasionally, you may also be asked to travel to one of our customer sites for system-level integration, testing, and troubleshooting with our products.
Please Note: This position will require the selected candidate to have or obtain a Secret level U.S. government security clearance.

Desired Skills
- Experience with product development through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Interface Test Review (I&T), Verification and Validation (V&V)
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with Agile system development methodologies
- Experience with one or more of the following engineering tool suites: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) tools (DOORS Next, EWM, ETM)
