Systems Engineer (Multiple Levels)

Responsibilities

• Meeting with our customers and potential customers including, DoW, DHS, DoS federal and local law enforcement as well as civilian agencies to determine their CUAS needs and help recommend CUAS system configurations optimized for their needs.
• Meeting with CUAS Sensor and Effector providers to quantify the performance of their systems.
• Sponsoring the integration of CUAS sensors, effectors, and other C2 / information sharing systems including Team Awareness Kit (TAK) with Parsons' DroneArmor CUAS C2 Software Product.
• Helping the team to define and prioritize and implement new features and capabilities in our DroneArmor C2 Software Product line based on customer feedback and strategic planning.
• Planning for and executing participation in various customer and internal marketing demonstrations, exercises and CUAS test events.
• Supporting the teams Training, Sustainment and Support activities for fielded systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in a STEM field with specific, recent experience in Systems Engineering
• Junior - 2+ year of experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Journeyman – 5+ years of experience or 11+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Senior – 8+ years of experience or 14+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Lead – Masters and 10+ years of experience or 16+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• US citizenship is a requirement for position consideration

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with one or more of the following disciplines: CUAS, Electronic Warfare(EW), Command & Control (C2), Radars, EOIR/Cameras and/or Communications Electronics
• Experience working with or developing Geospatial Systems and processing/transforming geospatial data
• Ability to mentor peers and share knowledge effectively
• Familiarity with Java software development
• Experience with Atlassian Products & GIT
• Experience with Docker, Swing, React
• Expertise in with AI/ML algorithm development and training

Pay

$103,500.00 - $181,100.00
