About the role
ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
- Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
- Develops technical documentation.
- Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
- Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
- Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
- 14 years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Previous SA or SE background exp.
- Exp. Building & maintaining Linux Systems
- System Maintenance experience which includes IAVA’s
- Researching, creating solutions to close IAVA’s and applying fixes to the systems in a timely manner
- Work in a team setting or independently
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Ability to define, implement and maintain processes and procedures to meet project objectives
- Experienced with analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Experienced with developing initiatives for continuous process improvements
- Ability to work with the customer and developers in integration of applications
- Ability to use best practices to carry out system engineering, reengineering, process measurements and change management activities
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks
Qualifications
- Experience applying system engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
- Familiar with performing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance management
- Experienced with executing as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts
- Ability to document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion

The salary Range for this position is: $150,000-190,000
