Fire Creek Services Company, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Systems Engineer IV to support systems engineering, SEIT, IA, and digital LVC environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MBSE tasks with tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw.
  • Develop DoDAF-compliant architectures and CONOPS using MBSE principles.
  • Support SEIT and integration of space/IA systems.
  • Provide IT and network engineering support for IA projects.
  • Support systems engineering tasks in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of DoD leadership.

Requirements

  • Seven plus years supporting systems in a similar environment.
  • INCOSE CSEP certification.
  • Strong SysML and DoDAF experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
  • Ability to obtain an active Top-Secret Clearance (SCI eligible); Interim Secret required to start (company will sponsor).
  • Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, frequently changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Broad technical knowledge: Understanding technical drawings and diagrams, computer skills, a broad knowledge of engineering.

Work Environment

This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of DoD leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems. The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Schedule

This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel and overnight stays may be expected.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $170,000.00 to $185,000.00 depending upon education and experience.
