Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for internal vehicle systems as well as external interfaces with customers and cargo payloads.
- Lead and facilitate agile sprints, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to drive systems engineering tasks to completion.
- Serve as the Responsible Engineer (RE) for key systems, owning the technical baseline from requirements through verification and validation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve interface challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in a systems engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing complex Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Experience working within an agile development framework.
- TS/SCI Clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Direct experience with the integration of customer payloads or cargo.
Compensation
Compensation Range For CA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20 CO applicants is $110,938.00 - $155,312.85 WA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20 Other Site Ranges May Differ
