Systems Engineer III

About the role

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our growing team! We are seeking a senior systems engineer to serve as an Agile Scrum Master, own end-to-end development environments, and lead system trade analyses and design alternatives that optimize operations across the system life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Agile Scrum Master
• Own end-to-end development environments
• Lead system trade analyses and design alternatives that optimize operations across the system life cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Twenty (20) years experience as a Systems Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• Twenty‑five (25) years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree

Requirements

• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience generating technical documentation
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing end-to-end development environments
• Experience conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses that optimize system operations over the life cycle
• Experience developing system design alternatives that account for life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth
