About the role
In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to enhance mission survivability. This role requires consistent, in-person collaboration and/or onsite work due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities
- Develop laser, electro-optic, and infrared systems for defense aerospace customers.
- Contribute to the design, modeling, simulation, and testing efforts evolving next-generation autonomous systems supporting the digital/electronic warfare battle environment.
- Work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team.
- Perform systems engineering activities across the development cycle.
- Execute tasks in Agile Environments (Sprints, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives).
- Utilize MBSE Digital Engineering and SysML applications/tools like MagicDraw.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field with 2+ years of related experience, or Master's degree.
- Active Secret Clearance and eligibility for a SAP/SAR Clearance.
- Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers in other disciplines.
Qualifications
- Experience with the full Systems Engineering lifecycle.
- Specific skills within the domains of active EO/IR, passive EO/IR, or Electronic Warfare (EW).
- Experience executing tasks in Agile Environments (Sprints, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives).
- Experience with MBSE Digital Engineering and SysML applications/tools like MagicDraw.

- Hands-on work with lasers or electro-optics systems.

- Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921.
