Systems Engineer/Data Scientist Senior Level

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-level Systems Engineer/Data Scientist.

Responsibilities

• Data Scientist/Systems engineering with a focus on complex systems of systems
• Data Science, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
• Data extraction and processing from unstructured/semi-structured sources (e.g., PDFs, CONOPS, DODAF)
• Qualitative analytical processes and data visualization

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required (FullScope preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Twenty (20) years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with data extraction and processing tools like Apache Tika and PDFMiner

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $210,000‑$237,500
