Systems Engineer – Cloud & Identity Management

Responsibilities
- Engineering and operational support for Identity Management (e.g., Entra ID, AD, Enterprise applications, RBAC), Certificate Auto Management (e.g., Cyberark Venafi), Cloud HSM, Containerized platforms, Azure and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, PAM (e.g., Cyberark).
- Kubernetes management, Rancher, Docker, AKS, Observability.
- Administering and troubleshooting Windows Server 2019, 2022, Kubernetes, RHEL, and VMWare.
- Configuring and troubleshooting core services including DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.
- Working closely with IS Operations and Networking to achieve optimal performance of supported technologies.
- Collaborating with InfoSec to secure all internally and externally facing systems.
- Technical leadership for deployment of new or upgrading existing server-based software platforms.
- Creating and maintaining scripts (PowerShell, PERL, etc.) and scheduled tasks to automate routine tasks and configurations.
- Performing triage troubleshooting for all systems as the first point of contact with other IT groups.
- Participation in periodic weekly 24/7 on-call rotation.
Some experience with AWS, SQL, Varonis, and Citrix is preferred.
Requirements
- Very strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to create and maintain detailed system documentation.
- Creative thinker with proven problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative flat organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Experience at a large law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred.
Pay
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
