Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SFG, Connect:Direct, and SFTP transmissions
- Monitor and resolve file transfer failures
- Troubleshoot protocol and connectivity issues
- Support client onboarding and testing
- Manage encryption (PGP, SSH keys)
- Perform initial root cause analysis
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of: Sterling File Gateway / Connect:Direct SFTP and HTTPS protocols
- Working knowledge of: Linux/AIX environments SQL (basic queries for validation)
- Understanding of: Encryption standards (PGP, SSL/TLS, PKI)
- Experience with: Client onboarding and file setup Incident management tools (ServiceNow, Moogsoft)
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and coordinate with teams
