Systems Engineer

About the Role

Support the development of next-generation aircraft through systems engineering. Develop system architectures and decompose them using MBSE (SysML/Cameo) to define interfaces, functions, and allocations. Maintain alignment within the program team, with suppliers, and customers, resolving obstacles. Implement MBSE as part of the broader digital engineering ecosystem. Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for program development and execution.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 5+ years of related engineering experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree)
• Experience in planning/execution of verification/acceptance testing, decomposition of standards/development of certification plans, or development of deliverables requiring multi-disciplinary coordination
• Prior Systems Engineering experience, including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation
• 3+ years of experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML
