About the role

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming aerospace engineering through innovation, automation, and digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance in aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of aerospace systems with a focus on digital engineering and automation.
• Apply systems thinking to solve complex engineering challenges in aviation and aerospace.
• Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices to improve system security, scalability, and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to modernize legacy systems and implement next-generation solutions.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation to enhance engineering workflows.
• Support testing, validation, and verification of systems to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in systems engineering within the aerospace or aviation industry.
• Strong background in digital engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or engineering automation.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., SysML, UML) and simulation software.
• Experience with requirements management, system integration, and verification/validation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
