Systems Engineer (Active Directory) - Active Top Security Clearance Required

About the Role

This is a 10-week contract position focused on a net-new Secure Development Environment (SDE) deployment. The role involves building a greenfield environment, including Active Directory deployments, site standups, and infrastructure buildouts. Candidates must be open to travel to project sites in Dallas, TX and Cedar Rapids, IA during deployment activities, with all travel expenses, hotel accommodations, rental vehicle, and per diem provided.

The initiative aims to build a Secure Development Environment (SDE) supporting classified engineering and development workloads. The environment requires secure identity services, user lifecycle management, access controls, authentication support, policy administration, and operational processes for highly secure engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory environments
• Manage Group Policy Objects
• Support identity lifecycle activities
• Manage permissions and access controls
• Troubleshoot authentication issues
• Support deployment readiness activities
• Maintain documentation and runbooks

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top Security Clearance (non-negotiable)
• Security+ Certification (or equivalent)
• Active Directory Administration Experience
• Group Policy Experience
• Identity Management Experience
• Greenfield Infrastructure Experience
• Open to travel (nationwide, with project sites in Dallas, TX and Cedar Rapids, IA)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.
