Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support to a customer Enterprise Functional Team (EFT), including architecture development, requirements management, risk management, testing, interface management, and configuration control.
• Support the EFT Lead and EFT LSE in managing, programming, and technical reviews of processes, procedures, and proposed technical implementations.
• Develop the IC Enterprise Compliance Support Architecture, coordinating its development, documentation, and maintenance.
• Evaluate the current IC Enterprise Compliance Support Architecture and propose necessary changes to capture and access data across the IC for implementing section 2.3.
• Document, evolve, maintain, and publish the IC Enterprise Compliance Support Architecture, identifying and operating IC compliance tools, and ensuring interoperability within the corporate compliance architecture environment.
• Develop and implement a testing program for systems development and modifications as needed to support compliance activities associated with section 2.3 implementation.
• Support the EFT requirements process, gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, with at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may substitute for two years of experience.
• A high school diploma or GED with 24 years of systems engineering experience is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with EO 12333.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete tasks on time.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and high-profile work environment.
