Systems Engineer 3 (Test Coordinator) with Security Clearance

About the role

Responsible for coordinating and executing test systems engineering activities under the guidance of senior engineers. Works closely with program managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful test execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineers
• Perform system-level testing and analysis
• Prepare and present test results to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during tests

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test coordination or systems engineering
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of test methodologies and processes
• Experience with test automation tools
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
