Systems Digital Tools Program Manager
About the role
This role provides strategic leadership for Supply Chain systems, digital tools, and transformation initiatives by partnering across Supply Chain, Enterprise Business Services, IT, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholder groups to align technology capabilities with enterprise priorities, operational needs, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Supply Chain systems and digital tools strategy and roadmap to ensure technology capabilities are aligned with enterprise priorities, business needs, and evolving operational needs.
- Partner with Refining, Midstream, Corporate, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders to define system priorities, evaluate business requirements, and advance integrated solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enable measurable business value.
- Manage strategic programs and digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, including business case development, project planning, stakeholder alignment, testing, adoption, and post-implementation performance monitoring.
- Leverage data, analytics, benchmarking, and industry insights to identify system enhancements, process optimization opportunities, and leading practices that strengthen Supply Chain performance and governance.
- Support Supply Chain functions to update systems and digital tools to streamline workflows and resolve complex business problems.
- Drive change management, communication, and end-user enablement for new systems, digital tools, and process enhancements to support adoption, consistency, and effective execution across stakeholder groups.
- Monitor emerging technologies, enterprise standards, industry trends, and Supply Chain leading practices to recommend strategic opportunities that modernize capabilities and improve long-term operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or another related technical discipline.
- Two (2) or more years of Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or another related technical discipline.
