Responsibilities
- Serves as a knowledgeable resource for business systems, tools, and related processes
- Identify, assess, and help coordinate resolution of system or process issues
- Engage the appropriate teams, subject matter experts or stakeholders based on the nature of the issue
- Track issues through resolution and help ensure timely follow-up
- Document system workflows, support processes, and escalation paths
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system effectiveness and user support
- Help identify recurring problems and recommend process or system improvements
Requirements
- Average of 4 years of relevant designer or IT work experience
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Design (or related discipline)
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, and how processes connect across teams
- Ability to quickly learn system dependencies, ownership, and escalation paths
- Ability to identify root causes, assess issues, and determine the best path to resolution
- Sound judgment in deciding when to troubleshoot directly versus when to involve others
- Strong ability to work across departments and build relationships with technical teams, operations, leadership, and end users
- Knows how to engage the right people at the right time
- Experience tracking issues, following through on action items, and ensuring timely resolution
- Ability to document workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements
- Focus on consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders at once
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up

Benefits
Annual Base Salary Range: $67,133.33 - $93,485.00
Compensation Type: Exceptional Hourly Incentive Eligible
No Sales Commission Eligible
401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution

Pay
Exceptional Hourly Pay Range: $22.50 - $31.25 per hour
Schedule
Mondays to Thursdays, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
