Systems Design Analyst II

About the role

The Systems Design Analyst II is responsible for developing and maintaining clinical trial systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the research and development efforts of AbbVie.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains clinical trial systems that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures consistency in system design across studies and programs.
• Manages project timelines and coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Influences and coaches team members to improve processes and outcomes.
• Adheres to federal regulations, GCPs, and AbbVie SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical technology experience or 7+ years in a similar technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial process and CDASH/SDTM.
• Proven ability to influence others and mentor team members.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with clinical trial systems and industry design tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
