Systems Assembly Technician
About the role
As a Systems Assembly Technician, you will assemble custom wet processing and precision cleaning equipment by performing mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and process plumbing while following engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams.
- Assemble and install pumps, motors, drives, controllers, manifolds, and flowmeters.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and interface wiring for complete system assembly.
- Install process plumbing and tubing for system integration.
- Build mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools.
- Use measuring tools to verify assemblies meet quality standards.
