About the role

The Systems Architecture Team is responsible for shaping next-generation autonomous capabilities for the Air Force. The Systems Architect Sr Stf will drive the vision and execution of autonomy architecture across Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industry partners to define and advance the autonomous-system vision.
• Design an autonomy architecture that emphasizes interoperability, scalability, and future-capability growth.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of software and systems engineers.
• Apply Digital Engineering principles (Cameo) to streamline development.
• Capture lessons learned and shape strategic direction by coordinating with Lockheed Martin Business Areas and Lines of Business.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with DoD systems/software engineering and architecture.
• Experience working directly with OMS/UCI Technical leadership.
• Experience leading technical proposals and authoring technical volumes.
• Extensive experience with Cameo or other MBSE tools.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others.
• Experience with Mission Planning, Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems.
