Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (master’s or certifications a plus)
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, including hands-on applications and systems work
- Proven experience (4+ years) in applications roles, including Business Applications or ERP Systems analysis
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful IT projects
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP systems, especially in manufacturing and/or financial modules
- Experience with ERP configuration and optimization (NetSuite, E21, or similar systems preferred)
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
