Responsibilities

• Expertise in Tridium Niagara, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure Building operation system, Siemens Building automation system or Johnson Controls systems.
• Experience providing high quality programming per specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, contractors, engineers, and fellow team members.
• Working as part of a team that is responsible for the programming, start-up, troubleshooting and commissioning of DDC building automation systems.
• Configuring, programming, and customizing control systems to meet project-specific needs.
• Creation of software programs and front-end graphics.
• Commissioning on projects.
• Analyzing problems and resolving issues to ensure the complete system functions properly.
• Performing system diagnostics and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Coordinating customer training and complete closeout documents.
• Providing technical support and direction to end-users and employees when applicable.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
• Able to take the lead programmer role on medium to large projects.
• Able to work independently with 3rd parties such as TAB, IT engineers, commissioning agents, and equipment vendors.
• Able to identify and resolve discrepancies and anomalies in submittals and contract drawings.
• Working knowledge of IP networking basics.
• Able to configure switches, routers, controllers, gateways, firewalls, etc. on a BAS LAN.
• Demonstrated proficiency with setup and troubleshooting of BACnet, Modbus, and LON communication networks.

Pay and Schedule

• The expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year.
• This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
• This full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
