Systems Analyst I - Plant Floor Systems

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to collaborate with internal and external teams, applying analysis and design techniques, business domain expertise, and system knowledge to resolve business challenges through technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Include Understanding and troubleshooting plant floor computer systems, including OS, hardware, PLCs, HMIs, networking, and third-party software.Developing or contributing to technical specifications for system modifications or new developments based on business needs.Communicating effectively across various organizational levels and working with vendors during system integration. Qualifications, experience, and skills: Preferably an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related STEM field; relevant industry experience with certifications if lacking a degree.Minimum of 3+ years industrial experience with expertise in Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, PLCs, HMIs, and basic networking protocols.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with ServiceNow, Linux, and robotics is advantageous. Workstyle and additional requirements: Onsite role with some remote work possibility; travel up to 25%, primarily domestic.Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle if needed.This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
