Systems Analyst I - Cyber Security - Hybrid

This role involves administering user access to payer portals and Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring compliance with security standards and vendor requirements. Responsibilities include processing access requests, managing account setup, troubleshooting login issues, and performing audits to maintain accurate and current access permissions. Assist with testing portal updates, develop user guidance, and support system enhancements. Support senior analysts through research, documentation, testing, and operational tasks, contributing to project teams and escalating issues as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience; an associate degree is preferred. Candidate must be customer-service oriented, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and have knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle systems. Preferred Certifications Include HFMA. Must be located within 100 miles of Mayo Clinic campuses, as this is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence based on business needs. Compensation ranges from $27.99 to $37.78 per hour, with full-time schedule and benefits.
