About the role

Career Team is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading complex projects with clients, designing and building high-quality software solutions, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead complex design, development, and implementations of our enterprise software.
• Lead internal resources to design and build high-quality software solutions.
• Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and deeply understand their requirements.
• Collaborate with software development teams to design and build solutions matching requirements.
• Balance client needs with the capabilities of our cloud-native SaaS platform.

Requirements

• Hardworking and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and client-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise software development and project management.
• Strong analytical skills to translate client requirements into actionable development stories.
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS platforms.

Skills

Benefits

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
