Systems Analyst 1-IT

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy systems, ensuring maximum efficiency in their use.
• Participate in client-prioritized projects as an Oracle Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Respond to user support requests in a timely manner to meet SLA obligations.
• Test and coordinate testing for new releases of Oracle Applications.
• Log application bugs and follow up with IT and Development teams.
• Maintain application responsibilities based on the user’s work group.
• Serve as a reporting resource.
• Represent users at Data Center meetings, quarterly user meetings, and as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, with the expectation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues, system outages, or critical deployment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience.
• At least 1 year of device management/integration work experience.
