Systems Administrator Sr - Windows & Linux
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the job description.
We have:
- Job Description intro: "We put our customers first..." etc. That's about the role? Could be "About the role". We'll put that as prose under About the role
.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Key Responsibilities Include". We'll list each as
Requirements
. - Qualifications: Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills (nice-to-have). Could be underQualifications
. - Skills: maybe we could separate technical skills? But we already have them in required/qualifications. Could also have a Skills section summarizing technical skills like Active Directory, Nessus, VMware, Veeam, Trellix ePO, Splunk, etc. But we risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine required and preferred into Requirements and Qualifications, and not have a separate Skills unless there is distinct content. The posting does have a list of skills within responsibilities and requirements; but we could still have a Skills section summarizing key technical skills. However, we must not create sections with filler. If we create Skills, we need actual content. We could extract the technical skills: Active Directory, Lab-in-a-Box, data spill response, Nessus, VMware vSphere, Veeam, Trellix ePO, Splunk, etc. That is substantive. But we already have them in Responsibilities and Requirements. Duplication may be okay but we should avoid repeating same content verbatim? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but we should aim to not repeat. However, we could keep responsibilities separate, and qualifications separate, and maybe not have Skills. Pay: We have Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $105827 - $179906. Also note about market pay structures. That's substantive. So we includePay
with that paragraph. Benefits: We have Employee Benefits paragraph describing health, dental, vision, 401k, etc. That's substantive. So includeBenefits
. Schedule: The posting mentions "This position is 100% onsite within a closed, classified area. Some after-hours or weekend support may be required for maintenance windows or incident response." Also maybe schedule info? Not explicit schedule like full-time, shift. We have "Full-Time" implied. Could we create Schedule section? The posting does not give specific schedule like "Monday-Friday, 9-5". It mentions onsite, after-hours/weekend support. That's somewhat schedule-related. Could we include Schedule section with that info? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state some schedule info: 100% onsite, after-hours/weekend support may be required. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. About the role: we have introductory paragraph. Also there is "About BAE Systems Electronic Systems" at the end, which is about the company. Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put the introductory mission statement and maybe the company description under About the role. However, we must not repeat job title as heading. That's fine. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days..." etc. That's boilerplate about posting duration; we should remove. Also "Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures..." is part of Pay info; we can keep that as part of Pay section (it's substantive). The "Employee Benefits: At BAE Systems..." we keep. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:About the role
