Systems Administrator Manager - HF Algo Trading Strategies and Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Systems Administrators responsible for providing comprehensive support and supervision for a wide array of enterprise systems in the dynamic hedge fund environment.
• These systems include both Windows and Linux platforms, as well as critical data and communications platforms.
• Offer valuable guidance and training to foster the professional growth and expertise of the team members.
• Engage in close collaboration with fellow Systems Administrator Managers across the globe, leveraging business feedback to drive process improvements and establish best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of extensive experience in system administration, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong command of Windows and Linux desktop/server environments, including proficiency in clustered computing solutions.
• Proficiency in end-user computing, data analysis, process automation, and generating comprehensive reports.
• Ability to define objectives and performance indicators, inspire team members, and establish effective collaboration channels with other engineering and operations departments.
• Ability to provide personalized and exceptional customer service.
