As a senior-level technical resource at Kapitus, you will architect, implement, secure, and support critical infrastructure within a fast-paced fintech environment. - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior systems administrators and helpdesk staff.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, and Compliance to support business-critical initiatives.
- Coordinate with managed service and outsourcing partners to ensure SLA adherence and compliance obligations are met.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
