Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows desktop and server environments.
Perform operating system upgrades, software deployments, system patching, and routine maintenance.
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Configure and support endpoint devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
Support workstation imaging, deployment, lifecycle management, and hardware refresh initiatives.

Affiliate with administration and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Configure endpoint devices within enterprise network environments.
Support data center operations, including monitoring UPS systems, environmental controls, and infrastructure health.
Cook up coordination with third-party vendors on hardware maintenance and infrastructure support activities.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure and desktop administration.
Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting Windows workstations and laptops.
Strong experience administering Microsoft Windows Desktop and Windows Server environments.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience supporting DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and enterprise networking fundamentals.
Experience using enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to support occasional after-hours maintenance and emergency response activities.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between company locations as needed.
