Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computer systems and networks
• Implement and troubleshoot new software applications

• Provide technical support to staff members
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Systems Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network infrastructure
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Current certification in ITIL or similar framework preferred
• Experience with cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
