About the role
The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure in support of the organization’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols.
- Perform routine backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
