About Our Client:The organization operates a full-year private young adult transition program serving individuals aged 18-26 with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. Addressing the challenge of supporting young adults with high-functioning autism and similar conditions, the program offers specialized services including a comprehensive curriculum, expert staffing, structured scheduling, and supported apartment living. It focuses on developing skills for independent living, college, and employment, drawing on over 40 years of experience helping young people with exceptional learning differences achieve productive lives. 2. About the Opportunity:The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization''s core business technology systems, primarily administering the Salesforce platform. This role ensures technology systems are reliable, secure, and user-friendly, supporting various departments and leadership. It contributes to a multi-year Salesforce expansion initiative by enhancing functionality, improving workflows, and enabling effective technology use across the organization. 3. Responsibilities:Administer and configure Salesforce including custom objects, fields, layouts, user permissions, and automationsManage Salesforce data quality, imports, exports, and third-party integrationsProvide user training and support for Salesforce adoptionAdminister and support organizational software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, LMS, and other SaaS platformsCoordinate with vendors and manage software configuration, troubleshooting, and licensesPartner with Marketing and external developers to maintain and update the website and digital platformsIdentify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiencySupport system integrations, API data synchronization, and automation of business processesDocument system configurations and business processes 4. Requirements:Experience in Salesforce administration and configurationProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and learning management systemsAbility to manage user permissions, software licenses, and vendor relationshipsSkills in troubleshooting software and website technical issuesExperience with business process automation and system integration 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. 6.
