System Specialist II - TNC WR

About the role

The System Specialist II at TNC WR is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new software solutions, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical problems using knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Implement and configure new software applications to improve operational processes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and common networking protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.

Skills

Pay

Schedule
