About the role
The System Reliability Engineer, III - VI is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of complex systems. This includes monitoring system health, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and performance metrics in real-time
- Identify and troubleshoot system failures and performance bottlenecks
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system reliability engineering
- Experience with system monitoring tools and analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Experience with cloud-based systems and infrastructure
