SYSTEM QUALITY ENGINEER (INTEGRATED SYSTEM TEST)
About the role
We are seeking a Systems Quality Engineer to join the Quality Engineering team within Teradyne’s Integrated System Test (IST) Group. In this role, you will help validate complex semiconductor test systems by evaluating integrated hardware, software, embedded, and mechanical components to ensure they meet functional, performance, reliability, and customer quality expectations.
You are a motivated collaborator, effective communicator, and strong problem solver who enjoys working across Software, Hardware, Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded, Manufacturing, and Product Management teams. As Teradyne continues to grow and innovate, you will contribute to system-level validation efforts, support test automation initiatives, and help improve product quality through effective testing and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Validate complex semiconductor test systems by evaluating integrated hardware, software, embedded, and mechanical components.
- Ensure systems meet functional, performance, reliability, and customer quality expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software, Hardware, Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
- Contribute to system-level validation efforts and support test automation initiatives.
- Improve product quality through effective testing and data-driven analysis.
