System Operations Supervisor

About the role

The System Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT systems and equipment.
• Manage and train IT staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance system performance and security.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor IT staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and network management.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
