System Level Debug Technician

About the role

Performs diversified duties to troubleshoot Finished Units to the module level in ZOLL’s Acute Care Technology division. The division develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally, including AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, and temperature management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify failures of finished units that are of a moderate to complex nature to the module level.
• Compile and record test results and ensure compliance with QSR/ISO requirements.
• Discuss technical problems encountered while troubleshooting or testing with supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Technical/High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Generally, up to 3 years' experience required; QSR experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand diagnostic data and technical schematics.
• Must be able to set up and use test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other input/output electronic test equipment.
• Must be familiar with general computer operation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this position is $24.80 to $35.00. Factors which may affect this rate include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
