System Implementation Consultant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Systems Implantation Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $76.00 to $81.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise business systems to support operational and financial objectives. Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify system requirements, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with accounting, operations, manufacturing, and leadership teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs. Manage system implementation projects, including process mapping, testing, data validation, user adoption, and project coordination. Provide recommendations for system enhancements, process improvements, and technology strategies that support future growth and scalability. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Previous experience leading ERP selection, implementation, conversion, or system optimization projects. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, cost accounting, and business process workflows. Prior experience working with enterprise software platforms and evaluating system capabilities against organizational requirements. Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive successful implementation outcomes. Qualifications Previous experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Carbon, or similar enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess processes and recommend effective technology solutions. Excellent communication and project management abilities with experience working across multiple departments. Proven success supporting business transformation, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
