About the role
Shape the systems that shape the mission. As a System Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining the complex technical systems that keep our organization running. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and requirements into robust system solutions, diagnose and resolve issues, and implement enhancements that improve performance, reliability, and user experience. You'll help manage systems across their full lifecycle, from concept through deployment and ongoing optimization, while maintaining clear documentation and partnering with vendors when needed.

Requirements
- Required Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field plus 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.

Pay
$100,000 to $140,000 per year, starting salary based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.
