How You’ll Make An Impact As the Systems Engineer (SE) you will primarily focus on project planning and design, implementation, documenting, and supporting a wide variety of client IT projects and initiatives. Strong customer relations and follow-up to ensure that service has been completed to customer's satisfaction are a must. You’ll need to be a team player, yet work well independently, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Working with Project Managers (PMs) and Senior System Engineers (SSE’s) to implement and deploy solutions for IT projects, as well as provide network administration for client support needs when necessary.
- Deploy advanced technical solutions, including but not limited to new deployments and service modifications.
- Maintain minimum billable utilization of 80%.
- Provide excellent support to customers remotely or onsite as needed.
- Execute complex migrations and configurations.
- Document migration and infrastructure changes and prepare for steady‑state support post‑implementation.
