For our client, we are seeking a System Director, Facilities, Security & Asset Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee system-wide facilities, security, and asset management functions with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational consistency. The role will partner closely with operational leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to strengthen emergency preparedness and regulatory readiness across the organization. This position is responsible for driving programs that protect people, maintain assets, and support reliable day-to-day operations in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Promote and manage a culture of safety across the organization Develop and oversee comprehensive safety improvement programs Conduct emergency preparedness planning and disaster drills Serve as the primary liaison for vendor management and compliance Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and operational metrics Manage equipment maintenance agreements and asset condition evaluations Oversee the recall management program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 5 years in General Safety or Environment of Care experience in lieu of education 3 years in a management role focused on General Safety or Environment of Care programs Certifications such as CHFM, CHSP, CHEP, CFM, or PMP preferred Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and NFPA codes, along with Infection Prevention & Control standards Benefits Opportunity to make impactful contributions in safety and facility management Engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including operational leaders and external vendors Career growth potential in a leadership role within a dynamic healthcare environment Contribution to compliance and regulatory standards within healthcare Continuous learning and professional development opportunities through certifications and training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
