System/Automation Tester

About the Role

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of hands-on experience and is proficient in industry-leading tools and technologies such as UiPath, Playwright, and Selenium. Strong domain knowledge in key practices including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end workflows is essential for this role. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify defects early in the development cycle, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Must have prior Vanguard experience, preferably in the workplace division
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
• Validate end-to-end workflows
• Test applications across multiple mobile devices, screen sizes, and operating systems
