About the role

NewtonThrust is an already-active, structured international business system, with operational, technological, and commercial processes that are validated and in a scaling phase for high-value economic projects, with a launch scheduled for November '26. The R&D Team is made up of C-Level and Sub C-Level figures who work directly on executing the system, contributing in a measurable way to value generation. The model provides for participation of up to 40% of the total net profit generated by business volume. This is not a fixed-salary position, nor a standard collaboration. It is a high-responsibility operational environment intended for people capable of executing, optimizing, and directly impacting the system's results.

Who we are looking for

System Architect Senior – Minimum commitment of 4 hours a day (20 hours a week), full flexibility based on measurable results and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and govern the entire architecture of the software ecosystem, ensuring consistency, scalability, modularity, security, performance, and integration across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure, services, technological processes, and evolving roadmaps.
• Produce, maintain, and standardize all technical, functional, and architectural documentation for the ecosystem, including software specifications, CPM, TDL, Policy, functional and technical requirements, workflows, processes, databases, APIs, diagrams, development standards, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), releases, and documentation governance.
• Support the PMO, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Developers, Designers, and stakeholders in solution design, defining specifications, technical governance, impact analysis, dependency management, change management, versioning, and the ongoing evolution of the ecosystem.
• Ensure quality, traceability, standardization, and alignment between business, documentation, and software development, verifying that every initiative is technically consistent, implementable, and compliant with defined architectural standards.

Core Skills

• Experience designing Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, and System Architecture, with in-depth knowledge of distributed, modular, event-driven architectures, microservices, APIs, integrations, cloud, security, data modeling, and the design of complex software systems.
• Strong Technical Writing skills and the ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation, including Software Specifications, Functional Specifications, UML, BPMN, ER Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Flow Charts, API Documentation, CPM, TDL, Policy, ADRs, documentation standards, and governance of the entire information asset base.
• Excellent knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, Git, repositories, versioning, Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, software development processes, quality standards, and collaborative tools for technical project management.
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, problem-solving, technical leadership, communication, organization, process standardization, and a focus on quality, scalability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with the ability to coordinate across all functions of the R&D ecosystem.

Operational roadmap

The roadmap is structured as a progressive execution pipeline. Full system development is not required to start generating results; the approach is based on incremental activation and immediate operational contribution.

Phase 1 — Activation of existing commercial processes (in progress)
The system uses an already-operational database containing every player in the high-value automotive supply chain. Commercial and bureaucratic processes are already standardized, enabling immediate execution of operations. The technological component already supports active commercial activities, making immediate operational impact possible.

Phase 2 — B2C expansion and B2B database consolidation
The B2C phase enables new activations and licenses, growing the operational database. This process strengthens the Sales structure and prepares the systematic conversion of the B2B database into an active asset. The focus is on increasing operational capacity and system density.

Phase 3 — MVP integration and release of the full system
The MVP integrates all technological and operational modules into a single infrastructure across multiple channels. The resulting system is fully scalable and ready for global operations. The R&D team contributes directly to optimizing and delivering results at scale.
