Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing business applications, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders and end users to understand operational challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Administer, configure, and support business systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Identify integration opportunities between systems and work with vendors or developers to implement solutions.
- Lead system enhancement, automation, and optimization initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot application issues, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate system upgrades or enhancements.
- Develop reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable business insights.
- Support user training, adoption efforts, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, accounting, finance, operations, and leadership teams to align technology with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Systems Administration, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and systems integration.
- Experience administering and supporting business applications and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience automating manual processes through workflow tools, integrations, or low-code platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tax, accounting, CPA, fintech, lending, banking, or financial services industries.
- Experience with platforms such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Intuit products, tax software, or financial systems.
- Knowledge of API integrations, ETL processes, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
